What will the bootcamp cover?
The bootcamp will provide the knowledge, skills and behaviours to manage and lead effectively. Upon completing, participants will be awarded Foundation Chartered Manager Status. Putting aspiring and early-career managers on a guided development pathway to becoming a fully-fledged Chartered Manager.
How long is the bootcamp?
90 hours over 8-12 weeks.
