What will the bootcamp cover?
This bootcamp will include hands on experience working in the hospitality Industry.
Front of house including Barista skills would support beneficiaries to secure employment in the industry such as working in a restaurant, café, hotel in the hospitality service Industry.
Sessions could include what to expect working in the industry, and how to perfect your CV, as well as skills needed in the front of house service.
This Bootcamp will be designed to address current skills shortages in the sector and aim to develop an inclusive workforce. Recent employer forums have highlighted the shortage within the Hospitality Industry.

- Food Safety in Catering
- Health & Safety and Legislation
- Food & Beverage Service – Restaurant skills and expectations
- Food & Beverage Service – Bar Skills
- Food & Beverage Service – Barista Skills
- Food & Beverage Service – Reception Skills & Till Payments
- Supervising Food & Beverage Service – Restaurant
- Supervising Food & Beverage Service – Bar
- Supervising Food & Beverage Service – Reception
